Job summary

Gold Rose AI, a California company launching with founding florists ahead of Valentine’s Day 2027, is building a team to keep our order flow smooth. You’ll supervise orders, coordinate with florists and delivery partners, and help refine our processes to reduce future problems.

You’ll work through busy periods, demonstrate calm under pressure, and communicate clearly by both phone and email as you ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, dispatch, logistics or customer service.
• Calm under pressure, especially on Valentine's Day.
• Clear written and phone communication.

Job description

When an order runs late or a delivery goes sideways, you're the calm person who fixes it. You'll watch the order board, coordinate with florists and delivery partners, and help us improve the system so problems happen less.
