Gold Rose AI is building an onboarding-focused customer success team in the United States. You’ll travel to florists, onboard shops by phone, text, and in person, and drive them to first results quickly while ensuring the platform becomes essential to their daily operations.

You’ll translate learnings into helpful articles and product fixes, answer owner questions the same day, and read monthly results with owners to suggest the next steps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management or support for small businesses.
• Patience with owners who don't love technology, and the instinct to fix the root cause.
• Organized: you track every promise and close every loop.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new shops by phone, text and in person, and get them to their first result fast
• Answer owner questions the same day, and spot problems before they do
• Read the monthly results with each owner and suggest the next job to turn on
• Write short help guides and report the patterns you see to the product team
