Job summary

Sun Life U.S. in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Network Operations Analyst for a permanent full-time, in-office role. You will operate and protect local and field networks and support Sun Life’s global WAN resources with hands-on hardware activities and collaboration across locations.

The role requires five days on-site, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and experience with routers, switches, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP. Travel to Toronto and Waterloo may be needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco CCENT/CCNA preferred.
• Experience with network devices and WAN/LAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support first-level issues for Sun Life network infrastructure.
• Triage and manage incidents following ITIL guidelines.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and vendors for project deliverables.
• Maintain network hardware inventory and asset records.
• Travel between Toronto, Waterloo, and Wellesley may be required.
