Latitude.sh, now part of Megaport, is seeking a Senior Network Operations Analyst to join its Network Team. You’ll own operational excellence in a global, high-performance network supporting bare-metal and cloud-adjacent workloads.

The role demands hands-on troubleshooting, incident response, and ongoing improvements, with CCNA certification and strong routing/switching knowledge. We value ownership, calm under pressure, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols (Layer 2/3, IP, routing, TCP/UDP)
• Cisco CCNA certification required; higher certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve the network including edge routers, core switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium and high-complexity network incidents with providers and data centers.
• Provide L1/L2 (and partial L3) network support to customers and internal teams with timely responses and SLA adherence.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
• Plan and support network expansions, topology changes, and capacity improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation, procedures, and incident records.
• Manage and improve network monitoring systems with alerts and dashboards.
• Demonstrate ownership and urgency, especially during off-hours and critical incidents.
