Job summary

Mercy Multiplied International in Nashville, TN seeks an Executive Pastor Support Coordinator to blend administrative duties with mentoring in a Christ-centered setting. You will support the Executive Pastor, manage calendars and correspondence, and assist leadership meetings.

You’ll also help supervise lunch periods and foster a safe, supportive community for residents aged 13–32. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of admin experience, strong communication skills,

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Pastor, including attending leadership meetings, taking notes, and distributing them.
• Manage calendar, review emails, and assist with correspondence.
• Partner with ministry staff to supervise daily lunch periods in a safe, Christ-centered environment.
• Build Christ-centered relationships with residents during drive times and daily interactions.
