Job summary

CarePortal, LLC is seeking a Network Leader to implement strategy in local communities by building trusted relationships with churches, agencies, champions, and partners. The role focuses on recruiting, engagement, and market growth through in-person activities and events.

You will manage a pipeline, track performance, and align efforts with CarePortal’s strategic objectives. This is a community-based, field-facing position requiring travel within the assigned markets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, ministry, or community engagement.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and the ability to quickly learn and lead others in new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Execute local market strategy aligned to state and regional priorities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow participation across churches, agencies, and champions.
  • Recruit and enroll new churches, agencies, and champions; manage a partner pipeline.

We mobilize robust Care-Sharing Networks and lead with Courage, Humility, and Excellence.We do this through the local Church and in collaboration with child-serving organizations, businesses, and people who care—that’s where you come in.Position SummaryThe Network Leader is responsible for executing CarePortal’s strategy within a local community by building strong relationships, growing participation, and supporting a healthy Care-Sharing ecosystem.This is a community-based, relationship-driven role. Network Leaders are the primary boots-on-the-ground presence of CarePortal, working directly with churches, agencies, champions, implementing partners and community partners to build trust and expand the network.Network Leaders will spend time in the community, meeting with partners, hosting gatherings, and developing relationships that lead to long-term engagement and impact. Network Leaders focus on establishing market growth strategy, relationship development, recruitment, and local market growth through in-person engagement.Success in this role comes from the ability to build trust, activate new participants, and strengthen the overall health of the local ecosystem, not just drive activity.Your Responsibilities Include:Market StrategyExecute local market strategy aligned to state and regional prioritiesIdentify and pursue opportunities to grow participation across churches, agencies, and championsMonitor ecosystem balance through facilitation of strategy meetings with onboarding specialists and engagement specialists to identify, discuss and solve issues and opportunities.Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain relationships with churches, agencies, and community partnersMeet regularly with prospective partners to expand the networkEstablish trust and long-term engagement through consistent, in-person presenceCustomer GrowthRecruit and enroll new churches, agencies, and championsDevelop and manage a pipeline of prospective partnersFollow up on leads and move prospects through to onboardingPerformance ManagementTrack market performance using key metricsMaintain accurate and consistent pipeline and activity tracking in CRMAlign activities to CarePortal’s Strategic Objectives and KPIsCoordination & AlignmentConnect churches & agencies recruited to Onboarding Specialists for next activitiesMaintain awareness of Onboarding & Engagement activity within assigned marketsEnsure accurate tracking of communication and activity in CRMCommunity EngagementRepresent CarePortal in community, faith-based, and agency eventsSupport and lead local gatherings that drive awareness, connection, and network growthMaintain consistent presence in the community to strengthen relationships and expand impactWhat You Bring to the Organization:Experience & SkillsMust reside within reasonable geographic proximity to the markets assignedExperience in sales, partnerships, ministry, or community engagementStrong relational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesHigh level of initiative and follow-throughComfortable engaging diverse faith communities and stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and the ability to quickly learn and lead others in new technology platforms.The above description is not intended to be comprehensive, but rather a focused list of priorities.
