Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Network Laboratory Quality Coordinator to lead the Quality Management Program across Clinical, Outpatient, and Specialty laboratories, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.

The role involves collaborating with leadership, coordinating mock inspections, managing accreditation certificates, preparing reports, and guiding policy development and QA software use. ASCP eligibility and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution; ASCP eligible.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience or equivalent in a high complexity laboratory; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designs, edits, implements, and maintains quality management/performance improvement programs for network laboratories (clinical, outpatient, specialty).
• Collaborates with laboratory services leadership (Directors, Managers).
• Schedules and facilitates regular network quality committee meetings.
