Job summary

Cloudious LLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and SD-WAN environments onsite in Auburn Hills. The role requires configuring Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers and security devices, monitoring performance, and performing incident management and RCA.

Candidates should be able to execute network changes and maintenance, support firewall and remote access solutions, and collaborate with server, cloud and security teams while

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and SD-WAN environments.
• Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices.
• Ability to monitor performance, resolve latency and availability issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise LAN WAN WLAN and SDWAN environments
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers and security devices
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity latency and availability issues
• Perform incident management, problem management and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Execute network changes, upgrades and maintenance activities
• Support firewall, load balancer, NAC, ISE and remote access solutions
• Work closely with server, cloud and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams and operational runbooks
• Participate in on-call support and major incident troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies
