Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a network engineer to manage and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN environments in Auburn Hills, MI. You will configure Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices, monitor performance, and resolve latency and availability issues.

The role involves incident and problem management, RCA, and on-call support, with collaboration across server, cloud, and security teams to maintain compliant, well-documented networks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN environments.
• Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices.
• Ability to monitor network performance and resolve connectivity latency and availability issues.

• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
