Job summary

Zuven technologies Inc is seeking an on-site Senior Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN environments. You will configure Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers and security devices, monitor performance, and drive incident resolution with cross-team collaboration.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Cisco equipment, persistent attention to uptime, and adherence to security policies.

• Experience with enterprise networks and Cisco equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise LAN WAN WLAN and SDWAN environments.
• Configure, troubleshoot and optimize Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers and security devices.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity, latency and availability issues.
• Perform incident management, problem management and RCA.
• Execute network changes, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Support firewall, load balancer, NAC, ISE and remote access solutions.
• Work with server, cloud and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
