Overview

• Job Title: L3 Network Engineer – LAN/WAN (W2 Only)
• Job Location: East Rutherford, NJ 07073
• Max Pay: $50/Hr on W2
• Primary Skill: Routing: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Security: IPSec VPN, AAA, RADIUS/TACACS+

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN infrastructure for high‑performance enterprise environments.
• Deploy and configure L3/L2 switches, routers, firewalls, WLC, SD‑WAN devices.
• Architect and deploy Cisco Nexus (5K/7K/9K) and Cisco ACI environments.
• Configure, maintain and optimize F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM).
• Handle escalated L3 incidents, major outages, complex RCA/Corrective actions.
• Collaborate with TAC for deep‑dive troubleshooting.
• Security & Compliance - Configure and maintain firewalls, ACLs, IPSec VPN, AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+).
• Ensure compliance with org or client security standards.
• Monitor network performance using: SolarWinds, Netbox, Cyber Vision, NNM, ORION.
• Provide optimization recommendations for latency reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and deliver knowledge transfer.
