Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN environments.
• Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices.
• Ability to monitor network performance and resolve connectivity latency and availability issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN and SD-WAN environments.
• Configure, troubleshoot and optimize Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers and security devices.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity latency and availability issues.
• Perform incident management, problem management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Execute network changes, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Support firewall, load balancer, NAC/ISE and remote access solutions.
• Collaborate with server, cloud and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
