Job summary

EnovaPremier, LLC seeks a Network and IT Support Analyst to maintain our network infrastructure and provide end-user support. The role combines networking with hands-on IT assistance to ensure secure, efficient operations across the plant.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS/IT or equivalent experience, 2+ years in network administration or IT support, and strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, plus Windows and ticketing tools. Onsite presence in Paris, KY is required 3–4 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in network administration or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience with Dell/Juniper/Cisco hardware.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of network security principles.
• Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs).
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets for hardware, software, connectivity.
• Install and maintain network equipment and end-user workstations.
• Implement security measures per Cybersecurity Managers to protect network integrity.
• Provide remote and in-person technical support across the organization.
• Perform regular network audits and updates for security policy compliance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document network topology, support interactions, and procedures.
• Analyze network traffic and performance to optimize operations.
• Track IT assets and equipment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects requiring network expertise.
• Research and recommend technology enhancements to improve efficiency.
