Job summary

Elite Workforce Inc. is seeking an IT Support and Network Administrator in Jacksonville, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for network administration tasks, troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi issues, and providing client computer support. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in system integration projects and must be bilingual in English and Japanese.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the retail domain is an advantage, and candidates should expect to travel to various customer sites.

Job Description

Provide IT support and network administrator service in San Francisco Bay Area (Palo Alto, Mountain View, etc) California. Must be Bilingual English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Network administration tasks at on-site.
• Troubleshooting on LAN/Wi‑Fi environment.
• Maintain user/group administration, such as AD, GPO, WSUS, VPN, Endpoint Protection, etc.
• Client computer‑related support to customers, at on-site.
• Maintain, support and troubleshoot on client computers.
• H/W and S/W support to the customer by contacting vendor/s support.
• Coordination with H/W and S/W vendor and perform IT related support to customers.
• Act for the preventative measures, prepare and provide necessary information for customer’s system stability.
• Reporting to customers and/or SI manager.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in system integration projects/tasks for multiple customers.
• Business communication and documentation skills.
• English and Japanese bilingual skills (verbal and written) required.

• Cisco router
• Firewall/VPN (Juniper Networks, etc.)
• WiFi (Cisco Meraki, etc.)
• Cisco Switch
