Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Network Infrastructure in Austin, TX to lead the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of Riot’s enterprise network across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent enterprise network experience.
• Experience leading network and NetOps teams in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
• Experience administering enterprise firewalls, wireless networks, routers, switches, and secure remote-access solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop network engineering resources while maintaining a strong hands-on technical presence.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure network architectures that support corporate offices, manufacturing operations, engineering teams, and data center environments.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, availability, and security events; respond to alerts and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and maintain network standards, documentation, diagrams, configurations, operating procedures, and disaster-recovery plans.
• Lead network troubleshooting and serve as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, site deployments, hardware refreshes, migrations, and infrastructure expansion projects in accordance with change-management processes.
• Partner with Systems, Security, Engineering, Software, and Operations teams to ensure network infrastructure meets business, operational, and security requirements.
