Job summary

Riot Platforms in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager, Network Infrastructure to lead the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of Riot’s enterprise network across locations. The role combines technical direction with hands-on troubleshooting and vendor coordination to maintain a secure, resilient, and high-performing network.

You will mentor engineers, oversee upgrades and deployments, and partner with Security, Systems, and Engineering teams to meet business needs while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent enterprise network experience.
Experience leading NetOps teams in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
Experience administering enterprise firewalls, wireless networks, routers, switches, and secure remote-access solutions.
Expert knowledge of enterprise networking—routing protocols, switching, and network design.
Experience supporting WAN connectivity, site-to-site VPNs, and telecom providers.
Strong knowledge of network security, monitoring, incident response, and change-management.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure network architectures for multiple sites.
Lead network engineering resources with hands-on technical involvement.
Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and security; respond to alerts.
Plan upgrades, deployments, migrations, and hardware refreshes.
Coordinate with Systems, Security, Engineering, and Ops teams to meet requirements.
Develop monitoring, alerting, and reporting for network health and performance.
Ensure adherence to security best practices and disaster-recovery plans.
Serve as escalation point for complex connectivity, performance, and security issues.
