QTS Data Centers is seeking a Network Engineering Manager to lead our network engineering team. You will guide design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our global network infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

This role partners with cross-functional teams and mentors engineers to drive innovation and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive ISP-network experience, advanced certifications, and a proven track record in leadership, strategy,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network engineering for design, implementation and management of network infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Arista hardware and software.
• Experience with SD-WAN and network automation.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities; capable of mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network strategies, policies, and security for robust operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance.
• Design and execute upgrades to improve reliability.
• Respond to production issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and sourcing.
