Job summary

Lumen Technologies in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Network Implementation Program Manager to plan, schedule, and manage a wide variety of projects involving the engineering and construction of Outside plant facilities in the Omaha and surrounding market.

This role oversees vendors, reports progress to stakeholders, and uses systems like Site Tracker, Lumen Vision, SAP and PGW to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience of 2-3 years.
• Fully seasoned with typically 5+ years professional experience.
• Experience reading construction drawings, prints and civil plans.
• Knowledgeable about construction methods (Aerial, buried, underground, intra-buildings).
• Telecom knowledge or background preferred.

Responsibilities

• End to end project management, to include planning, engineering, construction completion, and billing oversight.
• Relationship building with internal departments, vendors, municipalities and customers.
• Quality audit of work performed by vendors.
• Workload balancing among resources and functional management of a market.
• Field interface with customers, contractors and municipal entities for engineering or construction.
• Attend on-site meetings as needed and manage purchase orders and invoices.
