Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Field Service Technician – Network in Green Bay, WI. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunications products and services. Ideal candidates will have technical telecommunications experience, strong customer service skills, and be within a 60-minute commute to De Pere, WI. The position offers a pay range of $25.13 - $37.69 per hour plus a sign-on bonus of $2,500. A comprehensive benefits package is also available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year basic technical telecommunications experience.
• 6+ months of fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing and repair experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots, tests, and maintains telecommunications equipment.
• Identifies and repairs defective cable.
• Provides excellent customer service and upsells TDS products.
