Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a Network Field Engineering Technician to provide onsite support across the Enterprise network environment. The role involves installing, racking, stacking, and patching equipment, ensuring deployments meet specifications.

Responsibilities include verifying hardware functionality, labeling infrastructure, and working with Cisco switches/routers. Some after-hours work may be required to support production windows.

Qualifications

• Active CCNA or above required.
• Hungry to work in a large enterprise networking environment.
• Interest in AI, automation and/or scripting a plus.
• Have clean driving record (will be driving during business hours).
• Must pass CJIS Background.
• Good customer service skills; customer facing.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, stack, and patch network hardware to specification.
• Verify hardware functionality and label infrastructure accurately.
• Work hands-on with Cisco switches, routers, and related equipment during field deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and project staff to validate installations and support network cutovers.
• Some work may require after-hours or weekend scheduling to support production windows.
