Job summary

Tract Capital Management seeks a Manager, Network Engineering to lead the active network engineering discipline across data center campuses. You will own pre-construction design and construction-phase delivery of Layer 2/3 network infrastructure, including EVPN/VXLAN, IP routing, WAN edge, security, and OT networks.

Reporting to the VP, you will manage a small team and collaborate with ISP/OSP managers to deliver coordinated campus packages, while ensuring design, security, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in network engineering with DC experience.
• 3+ years managing a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of three specialists, including hiring and performance management.
• Design end-to-end campus LAN and EVPN/VXLAN fabric, IP routing and addressing, and security policies.
• Oversee VPN design, encrypted interconnects, and OT/ICS segmentation with Purdue/IEC 62443 framing.
• Define network standards, baselines, and telemetry requirements for turnover to operations.
• Coordinate with Inside Plant and Outside Plant peers to align active and physical layers.
