Job summary
FCB Banks is seeking a Network Engineer to administer and optimize the bank's network and voice infrastructure. You will manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP systems, ensuring reliable performance, security, and scalability across multiple locations.
The role requires hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies, QoS, VLANs, and documentation. Strong troubleshooting and project collaboration across IT teams are essential for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in network administration or related IT role.
- Experience with Fortinet technologies (FortiGate/Analyzer/Manager).
- Experience with VoIP and enterprise voice environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support the Bank's network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise VoIP systems.
- Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls and security devices.
- Document network configurations and troubleshooting steps; maintain diagrams and inventory.
- Lead and participate in network projects; ensure on-time delivery and budget alignment.
