Qualifications

• 1 year in service/help desk or call center environment.
• 2 years networking and Active Directory experience.
• Familiar with Windows, Mac OS and troubleshooting various devices (desktop, laptop, mobile, printers, phones).
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, test, analyze and document WAN and LAN infrastructure.
• Perform routine operational tasks, maintenance, project work, installation duties and provide support.
• Mentor and train staff; participate in on-call rotation for off-hour incidents, upgrades and patches.
• Triage incidents, document scope, pursue first-call resolution and escalate when needed.
