Perform network maintenance, management, baseline, planning, patches, and updates.Designs system configuration, direct system installation, designing, documentation, implementation of system standards and solutions to improve the resilience and functionality of our system environment and performance.Maximizes network performance and minimizes downtime through active system monitoring, troubleshooting and analysis of network outages, incidents, scheduling upgrades, routine maintenance, consulting, and collaborating with network architects and developers to optimize the network.Performs data network fault investigations, secures the system network by establishing and enforcing policies, and monitoring system traffic.Supports and administers firewall environments to secure network traffic and minimize risk.Uses communication skills to listen to, identify & address customer needs while building a relationship and rapport with customers.
