Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides end user application support and incident handling with first-call resolution focus.
• Triages incidents, monitors status, and coordinates with other departments for timely resolution.
• Documents and submits knowledgebase content; maintains user provisioning and access.
• Participates in on-call rotation and supports incidents, upgrades, and patches.
