Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Network Engineer II to support RRAD in the Texarkana, TX area. You will maintain and repair Motorola-based radio systems, provide end-user technical support, and ensure proper configuration of specialist applications and equipment for production personnel.

The role requires lifting over 50 pounds, strong communication, and the ability to work with government personnel to meet Army and FCC regulations. A Secret DoD clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable experience managing and repairing Motorola-based radio systems.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for collaborating with stakeholders and managing teams in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to RRAD-owned ADP equipment.
• Provide end-user technical support for factory-floor applications and LMP-connected hardware.
• Ensure computers used by production personnel are configured with specialty applications (ETM interface).
• Conduct live and remote-desktop troubleshooting to isolate problems with systems and LMP-connected applications.
• Trace and resolve hardware and connectivity issues related to LMP printers and data acquisition equipment.
• Assist RRAD users with online time entry and recover missing time and attendance information.
