Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks a Network Engineer II to design, implement, and support the bank's LANs, UC systems, and WANs. You will ensure availability, performance, and security while following change-control processes.

You will design, deploy, and document network architectures, monitor performance, and participate in disaster recovery planning in a fast-paced, multi-site environment across the West.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in CS/IT.
• 7–9 years IT experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and related hardware.
• Experience with low voltage cabling and MDF/IDF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements LANs and UC environments.
• Installs, configures, and maintains routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP, and related services.
• Monitors, maintains, upgrades, and recovers networks and ensures security.
