Job summary

Tekvana Inc. in Irving,TX is seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on Cisco routing and switching, SD-WAN, ISE and Aruba wireless, with 8+ years in large networks. You will troubleshoot complex issues, lead infrastructure changes, create documentation, and coordinate with vendors in an onsite, 8x5 support environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Cisco routing and switching, SD-WAN, and Aruba wireless environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN and data center networks.
• Configure and support Cisco routing and switching infrastructure.
• Deploy and maintain SD-WAN solutions.
• Administer Cisco ISE for AAA, 802.1X, TACACS+, RADIUS, and network access control.

Role: L2 Network Engineer (Switching & Routing)

Location: - Irving, TX 75039 (Onsite)

Exp – 5 – 7 years

Shift: 8x5 Support / On-call Rotation

We are looking for an experienced L3 Network Engineer to support and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and be capable of troubleshooting complex network issues, leading infrastructure changes, and ensuring high network availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN and data center networks.
• Configure and support Cisco routing and switching infrastructure.
• Deploy and maintain SD-WAN solutions.
• Administer Cisco ISE for AAA, 802.1X, TACACS+, RADIUS, and network access control.
• Support Aruba wireless infrastructure, including AP deployment and Aruba Central.
• Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and network performance optimization.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Knowledge of SolarWinds for network monitoring and alerting.
• Exposure to network automation (Python/Ansible) or cloud networking is a plus.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in large enterprise or data center environments is highly desirable.
