Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Catalyst switching, wireless, and Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, port channels, and Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise firewall technologies, VPNs, network access controls, and security best practices.
• Experience with certificate management and secure network administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to support after-hours maintenance and an on-call rotation as needed.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Cisco DNA/Catalyst Center, or Azure networking is preferred.
• Experience with network automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible is preferred.
• CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA, PCNSE, AZ-700, or related certifications are a plus.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure in professional services, legal, financial services, or similar complex enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and NACs.
• Perform network health checks, review logs and alerts, and proactively identify and resolve performance and connectivity issues.
• Manage firewall policies, VPN configurations, certificates, authentication, and NACs.
• Support Cisco ISE and enterprise network security initiatives.
• Plan and execute network hardware, firmware, and software upgrades and infrastructure refreshes.
• Deploy and configure switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, and related network infrastructure.
• Support office expansions, relocations, global network deployments, and cloud connectivity initiatives.
• Troubleshoot routing and switching environments, including BGP and EIGRP, and Layer 2/Layer 3 issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents.
• Support Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing, failover exercises, planned maintenance, and on-call rotation.
• Maintain network diagrams, standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for network automation, scripting, and operational process improvements.

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 annually
