Job summary

Crescent Capital is seeking a Network Support Analyst to maintain data communications equipment and provide desktop support for the Los Angeles office. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems and assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Crescent’s systems, networks, and related infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of help-desk experience, strong AD/GP knowledge, and hands-on experience with servers, networking, and patch management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of help-desk experience.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
• Solid hardware, software, servers, TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Experience building, installing, configuring and monitoring servers and network equipment.
• Able to work with vendors and service providers.
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for desktop/server issues.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiar with Cisco Firewalls, HP switches/servers, PowerShell, VMware, Citrix, Terminal Server, WDS/WSUS, O365, Azure, AWS, AD, DHCP, DNS, routing.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist technology infrastructure support to Crescent’s Los Angeles office.
• Support Windows, Office, iOS and Android devices for end users.
• Set up workstations and peripherals, ensuring proper interconnectivity.
• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues and handle installations/changes.
• Maintain Crescent networks, servers, AV, and communication lines.
• Apply patch management and upgrades to maintain security.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Participate in testing, installation, and support of infrastructure components.
• Contribute to centralized applications management and reporting.
• Develop and document company-wide applications policies and procedures.
• Provide reports and metrics to executive management.
