Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with Medicaid and claims.
• Experience navigating Microsoft Excel and SQL in contract/network data.
• Ability to work standard business hours Monday-Friday CST

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and implementing results-based programs and initiatives for the network operations area.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of the network operations field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies to enhance growth and visibility.
• Implement review, design, loading, and auditing of complex contracts, agreements, amendments, and/or fee schedules in contract management systems.
• Conduct routine research, analysis, and audits to identify issues and propose solutions to protect data, contract integrity, and performance.
• Provide technical expertise for questions regarding contracting and related systems.
• Coordinate contracting activities and implementation, including pre- and post-signature review of contracts and language modifications.
• Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as needed.
