Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with Medicaid and claims.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work standard CST hours Monday–Friday, in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs for network operations.
• Offers feedback to decisions and innovation strategies to enhance growth and visibility.
• Implements review, design, loading, and auditing of complex contracts and fee schedules in contract management systems.
• Conducts routine research, analysis, and audits to protect data, contract integrity, and performance.
• Provides technical expertise for contracting questions and related systems.
• Coordinates complex contracting activities and contract processing, including pre- and post-signature review.
• Coaches junior colleagues in techniques and responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as needed.
