This role conducts review, design, loading, and auditing of complex contracts and fee schedules, supports recruitment, and collaborates on negotiations. It also coaches junior colleagues and participates in broader network initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with Medicaid and claims.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work standard business hours Central Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements results-based programs for network operations.
• Provides feedback to support decisions and innovation strategies.
• Designs, loads, and audits complex contracts and fee schedules in contract systems.
• Conducts routine research and audits to protect data and contract integrity.
• Coordinates contracting activity and documentation pre- and post-signature.
• Coaches junior colleagues on techniques and processes.
• Performs other duties as needed.
