Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Network Configuration Specialist to apply in-depth contracting and data-audit expertise to strengthen provider networks while meeting accessibility, quality, and financial goals.

You will design, review, and audit contracts and fee schedules in contract management systems, support recruitment and negotiations, and guide junior colleagues. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Medicaid experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with Medicaid and claims.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work standard business hours CST (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs for the network operations area.
• Applies in-depth knowledge to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies.
• Implements review, loading, and auditing of contracts and fee schedules in contract management systems.
• Conducts routine research, analysis, and audits to identify issues and propose solutions to protect data and performance.
• Coordinates contracting activities and pre/post-signature review of contracts and language modifications.
• Coaches junior colleagues in techniques and processes.
