Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Network Configuration Specialist to strengthen provider networks through contract design, data audits and compliance. The role involves analyzing complex contracts and fee schedules, supporting negotiations, and helping meet accessibility, quality, and financial goals.

The position emphasizes collaboration across teams and data-driven decision making, with a focus on ensuring network integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Medicaid and claims experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work standard business hours CST, Monday–Friday.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specialized training.
• Experience with data or contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing and implementing results-based programs for the network operations area.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to inform decisions and strategies for growth.
• Design, loading, and auditing of complex contracts, amendments, and fee schedules.
• Conduct routine research and audits to protect data integrity and performance.
• Provide technical expertise for contracting questions and related systems.
• Coordinate complex contracting activities and post-signature review.
• Coach junior colleagues in techniques and processes.
• Perform other duties as needed.
