Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Network Configuration Specialist to optimize provider networks through contracting audits and data review. You will design, implement, and audit complex contracts, amendments, and fee schedules, while supporting recruitment and negotiations as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years working with Medicaid and claims, strong Excel/SQL skills, and ability to work Central Time business hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with Medicaid and claims.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work standard business hours Monday–Friday, CST.

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the network operations area under supervision.
• Applies in-depth knowledge to offer feedback for decisions and strategies to enhance growth and visibility.
• Implements review, design, loading, and auditing of complex contracts and fee schedules in contract management systems to enhance provider networks.
• Conducts routine research, analysis, and audits to identify issues and propose solutions to protect data, contract integrity, and performance.
• Provides technical expertise for questions regarding contracting and related systems and information.
