Job summary

Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd in San Francisco seeks a Resident Consultant to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Juniper Networks within large enterprise environments. You will translate customer requirements into scalable designs and guide adoption of Juniper solutions.

The role demands expert-level networking skills, deep Juniper product knowledge (MX/EX/QFX/SRX/Mist), EVPN-VXLAN, and strong collaboration with customers and executives to drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of design, implementation, and operation experience in large-scale IP networks.
• Extensive experience with Juniper MX, EX, QFX, SRX, and Mist products.
• EVPN-VXLAN campus and data center switching fabric experience.
• Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF; experience deploying routing and switching solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives.

Job description

The Resident Consultant provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Juniper Networks products within an enterprise customer environment. The role requires expert-level technical skills, customer collaboration, and guidance on adopting Juniper products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of design, implementation, and operational experience in large-scale IP networks.
• Large-scale experience with Juniper MX, EX, QFX, SRX, and Mist products.
• EVPN-VXLAN campus and data center switching fabric experience.
• SRX experience involving firewall policies, IPS, IPsec VPN, and high-availability clustering.
• Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF.
• Experience designing and deploying routing and switching solutions within customer infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating engineering design tools and software packages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of EVPN/MPLS, E-Line (VPWS), E-LAN (VPLS), L2VPN, L3VPN over MPLS, IS-IS, RSVP-TE, and LDP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present architectures and design proposals to business and executive stakeholders.
