Detroit Engineered Products seeks a Network Analyst II to maintain and stabilize our local network, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution. You will be the go-to contact for end-user requests and break-fix recovery, working across SDWAN, LAN, WAPs, and UPS systems.
You will perform routine firmware updates, hardware replacements, and daily ServiceNow-driven tasks while auditing cable infrastructure and data closets for safety and compliance.
Position Description The Network Analyst II is responsible for the operational maintenance (O&M) and stability of local network infrastructure. This role ensures high availability of connectivity services by managing hardware lifecycle, resolving technical incidents via the ServiceNow ticketing system, and maintaining the physical integrity of data center and closet environments. The candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for end-user network requests and critical break-fix recovery.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco SDWAN, switching, and wireless technologies.
Fluency in using Cisco network manage tools such as Catalyst Center , vManage, Cisco Thousand Eyes. Other network management tools such as SolarWinds, Netbrain, StatSeeker. Good understanding of IP Management DNS/DHCP
