Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
  • Strong networking knowledge across IP, VoIP, data networks and security.
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor equipment and network protocols.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve high-level network hardware/software issues.
  • Experience implementing automated deployment and maintenance technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document changes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize network hardware and software for reliability.
  • Install, monitor, and support server and network infrastructure.
  • Analyze high-level network problems and resolve them quickly.
  • Lead design improvements and implement automation in deployment/maintenance.
  • Create documentation of network architecture and standards.
  • Coordinate with teams to plan changes and upgrades.
