Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Networking Administrator II to support and optimize our network infrastructure across LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. You will work with server/storage, cybersecurity, and help desk teams to resolve issues and ensure high availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools, plus strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills. Occasional after-hours on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration, systems administration, or a related IT infrastructure role.
• Prior help desk, desktop support, or PC-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Manage and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Perform routine network updates, patches, configurations.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and policies.
