Location: Hybrid remote with periodic travel to the Delmarva area office locations as needed, residing in DE, MD, PA, or OH.

Role Overview: The Network Administrator II is responsible for designing, maintaining, and installing the company's enterprise infrastructure, ensuring availability and security to support business growth.

Responsibilities include:

1. Designing, deploying, and maintaining on-premise and cloud-based technology, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
2. Configuring and supporting the company's Cisco environment, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
3. Staying updated on infrastructure trends and maintaining skills to execute deliverables effectively.
4. Participating in disaster recovery planning and testing.
5. Collaborating with cybersecurity and networking teams to meet business needs.
6. Following configuration and change management policies.
7. Monitoring and resolving service provider billing issues.
8. Establishing a scalable networking environment through system design and documentation.
9. Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing.
10. Liaising with vendors and internal teams to meet service levels.
11. Providing reports on network status and security compliance.
12. Managing service delivery processes including incident, problem, change, release, and request management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Five years of network administration experience.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist.
