Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP in Washington, DC is seeking a Network Administrator to manage our networks and server infrastructure. You will work with vendors, implement security patches, and troubleshoot connectivity to support all firm offices and applications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/Networking and at least three years of experience, plus CCNA or Network+ or equivalent. We value collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to work independently, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• CCNA or Network+ certification or within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of direct end-user support and networking experience.
• Experience with Windows workstation and server administration.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical and operational support for the firm’s networks and server infrastructure.
• Implements security, operational patches and firmware updates to network equipment.
• Collaborates with staff on day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Supports connectivity for all offices and applications.
• Responds to alerts from monitoring tools to ensure network health.
• Flexibility to assist after hours and on weekends as needed.
