Job summary

PREMIER Bankcard is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to maintain and recover the firm’s IT systems, AD, Exchange, PAM, IAM, and related infrastructure. You will troubleshoot complex issues, interface with vendors, and support system performance.

The role requires strong project coordination, cross-department communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff. On-call rotations and after-hours support are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT related field preferred.
• 3–5 years IT experience preferred.
• Experience administering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure including AD and Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning reports for audits, governance, risk, compliance, and performance.
• Maintain and recover firm IT systems and networks.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in hardware/software.
• Mentor Systems Administrators and manage team tasks.
• Coordinate projects and report progress to management.
• Represent the department on committees and task forces.
