Job summary

Harvest Midstream Company seeks a Network Administrator II to build on foundational networking, administer LAN/WAN, enforce security, and ensure field site connectivity with increasing independence.

Responsibilities include configuring firewalls and switches, troubleshooting issues, supporting VPNs and SD-WAN, performing updates, and documenting changes. Travel up to 25% to field sites and participate in on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with experience in network administration.
• Experience with configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN, firewall rules, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, and wireless access points under guidance.
• Troubleshoot network issues like slowness, IP conflicts, and routing issues.
• Support DNS/DHCP, VPN tunnels, VLAN design, and SDWAN/WAN routing.
• Conduct regular firmware updates and switch maintenance.
• Maintain firewall rule sets, monitor IDS/IPS events.
• Participate in quarterly vulnerability scans and remediation plans.
• Update SOPs and document change logs for routine tasks.
• Travel up to 25% to support field sites and major projects.
• Recommend enhancements for documentation or tools based on firsthand usage
