Job description

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing enterprise IT organization in Dallas, for an experienced Network Administrator to keep their LAN/WAN infrastructure fast, secure, and reliable. This hybrid role puts you at the center of daily network operations, from firewalls and VPNs to switches, routers, and uptime monitoring, giving you real ownership over the systems the whole business depends on.

Day to day, you will split time between hands‑on troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and quiet stretches of monitoring dashboards for anomalies before they become outages. The person who thrives here is calm under pressure, methodical about documentation, and genuinely enjoys tracing a connectivity issue back to its root cause rather than just patching symptoms.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $92,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
