Job summary

TOV Furniture is seeking a hands-on Systems Analyst with strong NetSuite expertise to solve business problems through configuration, integrations, and APIs.

Based in Pakistan, you will gather requirements, build where possible, and write clear specs for developers. You’ll work closely with NetSuite team members, developers, and business leadership to optimize NetSuite usage and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Strong Saved Searches and formula experience.
• Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, and APIs.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Collaborative with developers and business users.
• Sandbox testing and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom fields, forms, records, roles/permissions, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Build advanced Saved Searches (including complex formulas), dashboards, KPIs, and role-specific reporting.
• Gather business requirements and determine whether they're solved with native config vs. custom development.
• Write clear specs for developers and work directly with them on SuiteScript, integrations, and APIs.
• Run sandbox testing, troubleshoot issues, create test cases, and support UAT and release testing.
• Manage CSV imports, mass updates, and data quality across the system.
