Job summary

7N is seeking a NetSuite expert who can bridge business processes, supply chain operations, and technology to drive results from our Pennsylvania office. As the go-to NetSuite SME, you will optimize workflows, assess current practices, train users, and partner with Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse teams while supporting SPS Commerce and RF-SMART integrations.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on NetSuite experience as a Super User, Functional Lead, or SME.
Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of SPS Commerce and RF-SMART integrations or configurations.
Track record of improving processes and driving system adoption.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to NetSuite expert for business users and stakeholders.
Help maximize NetSuite value by identifying workflows and adoption opportunities.
Assess current processes and recommend best-practice approaches for efficiency and scalability.
Identify gaps and underutilized functionality and optimize configurations.
Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to align systems with business needs.
Provide user guidance, training, and process recommendations.
Support and optimize NetSuite integrations and workflows involving SPS Commerce and RF-SMART.
Act as a trusted advisor on whether processes should be redesigned for better outcomes.
