Zusammenfassung

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support manufacturing and warehouse systems in a North of Panama City, FL location.

This hybrid role (1 day/week onsite) covers NetSuite ERP administration, RF-SMART warehouse solutions, and manufacturing/supply chain processes. You will configure workflows, manage data quality, dashboards, and reports, and collaborate with production teams to improve inventory accuracy and shop-floor execution.

Aufgaben

Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite ERP and manage user setup, permissions and governance.
Configure and maintain workflows, custom fields, forms, records, dashboards, saved searches, and security roles.
Monitor NetSuite performance, data quality, and application health.
Administer RF-SMART warehouse and mobile scanning solutions and configure barcode scanning workflows.
Troubleshoot RF-SMART transactions and NetSuite integration issues.
Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, reports, and dashboards for leadership.
Support integrations between NetSuite, RF-SMART, shipping platforms, EDI providers, and other apps.
Participate in ERP enhancement projects and system upgrades; identify automation opportunities.
Provide day-to-day user support, create documentation and training materials, and promote system adoption.
