STAFFWORXS is looking for a results-driven NetSuite Project Manager to join their fast-paced team. You will be responsible for leading ERP projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful implementations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP project experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, Order Management).

Location: Remote (Preference for Seattle, WA-based candidates)

What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancements

Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders

Drive project planning, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation

Support post-go-live optimizations and continuous improvement

Own documentation, reporting, and change management processes

What We’re Looking For:

️ 5+ years of Project Management experience

️ 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP project experience

️ Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, Order Management)

️ Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project

️ PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications (nice to have)

️ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

️ Experience in SaaS, tech, or eCommerce environments is a plus
