Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• NetSuite experience preferred and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and general office tasks.
• Strong organization, detail orientation and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Process client orders in NetSuite ensuring accuracy and proper approval.
• Monitor order workflows and ensure timely progression through system.
• Provide timely customer service and clear client communication.
• Maintain accurate order docs and customer records across systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners for fulfillment.
• Support sales activities and respond to order/shipment inquiries.
